 The **Medford Gentleman Jack** is a remarkable knife. It is namely a traditional slipjoint! A cool pocket knife for the real gentleman.



The blade is made from CPM S35VN steel. The hollow grind on the blade was applied by hand. This is a unique feature: only few producers apply a hollow grind by hand. Because of the nail nick you can easily open the blade with two hands. A slipjoint offers resistance to make sure it won't accidentally close. But it is not a real lock. As such you can legally carry the Gentleman Jack in many places in Europe.



CPM S35VN is a premium, stainless type of steel. For years this has been one of the most popular types of steel on the market. It is, for stainless steel, rather tough and relatively easy to sharpen.


Each Medford knife is made by hand by talented knife makers. Individual differences therefore occur and make each knife unique. All blades are given a hollow grind that is applied by hand. Knives that are available on our website are in stock and can immediately be shipped. Be there in time: it might take a while for new stock to arrive!
