Leatherman multitools

The **Leatherman Charge Plus** is similar to the Charge TTi Plus when it comes to tools. The difference is the material used for the handle. The Charge has black aluminium scales with a good ergonomic grip. The plain edge blade is made from 154CM stainless steel. The main advantage of this multi-tool are the wire cutters. They are replaceable. This allows you to sharpen the edges separately or to replace them. The Charge Plus is the perfect tool for anyone who thinks function is important, but also appreciates the shape. 

 This is the special Heritage edition of the Leatherman Charge. It comes with a leather sheath with a classic look. The first sheaths ever produced by Leatherman all looked like this.

 The two blades, file and saw are all accessible from the outside. You don't need to open the pliers. You can even open both knives using one hand. On the inside of the tool you find a very complete range of tools. A screwdriver, bottle/ can opener, bit holders, scissors and of course the pliers. It is good to know that all these tools lock when opened. As such they won't close accidentally.

Zeer goede Leatherman, zoals steeds. Echter het bijhorende zakje is niet van de verwachte kwaliteit. Wanneer deze aan de riem wordt gedragen en wordt belast, zoals bijvoorbeeld bij het dragen van een klimgordel o.d., zal het stiksel van het lederen foedraal snel losscheuren.
Bij mijn vorige bestelling zat een ander type lederen-pouch. Deze is dan weer wel degelijk. dit is het type met de klinknageltjes ipv het stiksel.

De leatherman zelf is top :-)
