Lansky, folding diamond tapered steel for serrated knives, TR-600

This conical sharpening steel is easy to carry because the handle folds around the sharpener. It is nice and compact while the sharpening surface is well protected when you are not using it. The handle is ergonomically shaped and fits comfortably in your hand. The back of the handle fits nicely together when the handles touch. This makes the handle very solid and it does not feel like two separate parts. This seems like a small detail, but increases the sharpening comfort enormously.
