The **Kizer Clutch Ki4556A2** is a slim and light-weight EDC pocket knife, designed by Carlos Elstner. It may be slim and light-weight: 8.6 cm is not small at all. The handle is stunning. The nicely rounded titanium, combined with the carbon fibre inlay looks amazing. The inlay nicely fits inside. The great thing about the carbon fibre is that it is *uni-directional*. Not woven, but layers on top of each other all facing the same way.



On the lock side it is great to see how Kizer made sure the lockbar of the framelock falls slightly behind the inlay. As such the inlay also functions as an overtravel stop. All to make sure the lock will stay in great shape for years to come.



The blade is made from CPM S35VN. An American type of powder steel that retains its sharpness well, but is also easy to sharpen. The satin finish looks amazing. You quickly open the blade with the flipper to make sure you can also quickly get to work.
