The **Kizer Bush 1034** is a survival knife, designed by Justin Gingrich. He designed the Bush as such that you always carry a large blade, even if the knife itself is not that large. As such you can easily carry the Bush in your backpack as you go hiking, and also on your belt it won't take up a lot of room. As such it is more comfortable to carry as well.



When you take a fixed knife with you on a hike or when you go camping you need to know you can easily maintain it. For that reason the 1095-carbon steel is enhanced with a coating. This largely prevents corrosion. You only occasionally need to pay some attention to the edge.



This, of course, comes up when you start sharpening the blade. If there is rust on the blade you can easily sharpen it off. Especially because 1095 is easy to sharpen. Another great thing about 1095-carbon steel is that it is incredibly tough. It can handle quite a lot and won't easily break.



The handle is made from G10. This is a strong, light-weight material. The contours of the handle offer enough grip. It has to be said: with its 10 cm the handle is less suited for users with (very) large hands.



You can carry the Kizer Bush in the included, sleek kydex belt sheath. The belt loop is made from seatbelt material and is both flexible and strong. Because it is so flexible it is also more comfortable to carry. On the side of the sheath you will find a holder for a firesteel. The inside diameter is approximately 8 mm.
