Kai Europe celebrates its 11-year collaboration with master-chef Tim Mälzer with this exclusive Kai Shun Premium Tim Mälzer Limited Edition kiritsuke 20 cm. A special edition with a matt, brown-grained handle and 20 cm hammered blade. In addition, the blade is enhanced with the exclusive Edition XL logo and Tim Mälzer’s autograph. This knife was only produced 5555 times and each is numbered. As such each knife is a unique collector’s object. We are happy and proud to be able to offer these knives to our customers. Of course, these knives are numbered.
