## Kai Shun Nagare: the remarkable blade

The blade of the Kai Shun Nagare knives stands out. The blades are made from flexible VG2-steel and hard VG10 steel, combined to form 72 layers of damascus steel. This is a type of dual-core blade, with a hardness of 61 HRC. These knives have a unique design and are innovatively forged. It is as if the rays of the rising sun are caught directly in the blade. The pattern extends all the way to the razor-sharp blade with a subtle micro-bevel.

## Kai Shun Nagare: the stylish handle

The handle is ergonomically shaped with a slightly tapered line and a small belly. This makes every knife comfortable to hold while cutting. The handle is made from black pakka wood and secured with two rivets. The forged tang in the handle provides a nice balance with the blade. With an amazing finish, as you might expect from these beautiful kitchen knives.
