The HORL knife sharpener oak wood is an exceptionally interesting rolling knife sharpener that was made in the Black Forest in Germany. With this sharpener you no longer move the knife over the sharpening stone, but move the stone over the knife. The knife sharpener is comprised of a rolling sharpener and a magnetic base that holds the knife in a fixed 15 degree angle. As such this sharpener is mostly meant for all large and small kitchen knives.
