The **Fissler Wok pan Special Asia**  is a very fine wok pan with a ceramic non-stick coating. This ceramic wok pan is suitable for all kinds of wok dishes from the rich Asian cuisine. The handle is designed not to transfer the heat from the pan. You won’t burn your hands and you can safely wok! The grip also has a protective edge which keeps your hand from sliding towards the pan. The edge of the pan is designed so that pouring sauces and other liquids will happen drop-free.

 The non-stick coating of this ceramic pan is very very useful. It protects your dish from sticking to the bottom surface and is dishwasher-safe. It also does not take a lot of oil to bake in so it’s healthier in the end as well.

The Asia wok pan all has the unique Fissler's CookStar-bottom surface. This material is suitable for use on all the different heat sources. It makes it very suitable for cooking on induction. It works great on induction, but the Cookstar technology also lets you switch between heat sources easily. Without of course the bottom surface bending, something which can happen with lesser-quality pans. When you want to let your dish cook in the oven the pans are also perfect for you!

In tegenstelling tot beschrijving heeft deze pan GEEN keramische antiaanbaklaag. Niet vergelijkbaar met andere Fissler bak pannen. Na een paar keer gebruik, kwamen de eerste krassen in de teflonlaag. Door knife en Tools overigens prima opgelost. Pan mocht geruild worden voor andere en ze zouden beschrijving aangepassen.
