 This **Fissler Crispy Ceramic Classic frying pan**is ideal for crispy texture of your piece of meat, fish or vegetables. This series is made of only high-quality 18/10 stainless-steel, which can be heated to high temperatures. As a result, you sear your products, so it stays juicy and tender.



The edge of the pan is designed so pouring sauces and other liquids goes drop-free. Also, the transition between the bottom surface and side of the pan is smooth so you can get through the whole surface while stirring. Nothing will ever stick to the bottom surface without you noticing.

## Tips


Good cleaning is essential. Straight after baking put some detergent in the pan and clean it with a brush and some water. When you don’t clean it properly it will build up and be very hard to clean. Removing it with kitchen paper won’t be enough!


Do not use olive oil for frying. Olive oil is delicious in salads and pasta, but for baking it is definitely not suited! With temperatures of 120 degrees Celsius or higher, harmful chemicals are released. Sunflower oil, coconut oil or good old butter are better alternatives.

Maand mee aan het koken. Zeer tevreden over de anti aanbak laag! Fijne pan, aanrader! 

Hij bakt echt goed. Mijn zorg gaat uit naar het handvat. De eerste pan heb ik vanwege een los handvat welke ook niet meer vast te schroeven viel, teruggestuurd. De tweede zit beter, maar ik had wat meer degelijkheid van een Duitse pan verwacht.

It performs very well on a ceramic hob with even temperature over the base. Cleans up very well with only a brush. Recommended. I don't have a lid but it would be useful.
