With this **Fiskars wood splitter** you can easily split woot without a splitting axe. With it you can precisely split wood. You don't have to aim. Your back stays straight, and you don't need a lot of power to split wood.

## This is how it works

The splitter is comprised of a stainless steel outer tube, and an inside tube that moves within it. This inside tube contains a weight that applies force on the wedge. Because of this force you can split wood without applying too much force. The splitter contains a safety pin, remove it before you get to work. And put it back when you store the splitter. You place the Fiskars wood splitter on the block of wood you wish to split, grab the top handle with one hand, and the bottom with the other hand. Lift the upper hand and let it fall. Do this a couple of times and the wood is split!
