The Fenix LD12 is a superb, top-quality, compact LED torch that is equipped with a highly efficient and powerful Cree XP-G2 LED (R5). The torch has four light modes (maximum 320 ANSI* lumens, strobe and S.O.S. function) and runs on 1 x AA penlite batteries (akaline, lithium, or rechargeable NiMH).

Perfect flashlight, simple, sturdy, powerful enough, operates with a single AA battery (although I use Fenix 14500 rechargeable battery for better performance), the only thing to improve for me would a dual way clip, so you can attach the torch to a baseball cap for example, but if you turn the clip around you can use it that way.
