The common features of the "Basic Folder" series, including the BF1 and BF2, are lightness, simplicity and ease of carry. The BF3 is both a utility and a combat knife. The blade is sharp and piercing, the carry (where legally allowed) is sufficiently comfortable. The “bridge like” clip and a long enough pocket will properly conceal the knife.
