And all that without using any butter! The incredibly thick aluminium evenly distributes the heat over the bottom and sides of the pan. The pan is enhanced with a strong black inner and outer coating. The extra strong, epoxy coated stainless steel handle is secured with very robust rivets and finished with beech wood parts. Main advantage: the Choc B Bois pans can be used on induction and gas. The pan can also be placed in the oven up to 10 minutes. Do, however, keep in mind that temperatures higher than 200°C can damage the pan.
