The **CRKT Prowess** is a cool pocket knife, designed by master knife maker Ken Onion. His purpose for this design was coming up with a great pocket knife for everyday use. It had to feel great in hand and be great to use. And that is exactly what the Prowess does.


The blade is made from AUS8 steel. A Japanese type of steel that is stainless and can easily be sharpened. You quickly open it with the flipper. When opened a liner lock will neatly keep the blade in place. The handle is made from FRN. A glass-reinforced plastic that is incredibly strong and weighs next to nothing.


You carry around the Prowess when you want to peel an apple. But also to open packages and boxes. This pocket knife is perfectly balanced. Exactly what Onion emphasizes with the screw enhanced with the yin-yang symbol.
