The **Condor Big Leaf Machete 3932-13.5HC** is a large machete, designed by Matt Graham. This outdoor expert is known from various television shows. He used his knowledge of primitive survival techniques to design this Big Leaf Machete.



It is striking how balanced the knife is. It feels great in hand and you immediately feel like you can get to work. The blade of the Condor Big Leaf Machete is made from 1095 carbon steel. This is a strong steel that is easy to sharpen, and can also take quite a beating. 1095, however, is not completely stainless. As such you need to clean it regularly and add a drop of oil once in a while. The knife has a strong full-tang construction. This means that the thickness of the blade runs throughout the entire handle. The side of the blade is enhanced with a primitive pattern, to make sure it actually looks like a leaf. Hence the name: leaf.



The handle is made from micarta, a strong composite material made of linen and synthetic resin. The scales are secured with hollow pins. The Condor Big Leaf Machete comes with a traditional leather sheath.
