The **Buck 136 Paklite Boning Knife** is a light-weight fixed knife designed for hunting purposes. As the name already suggests this knife was designed for boning game. The thin blade with the pointed tip is perfect for the more detailed tasks. Buck went with an ultra-light design. A steel frame with a sharp cutting edge, *that's it.* No scales or other unnecessary luxury: this is it.

 Because Buck used 420HC steel for the blade and used the famous BOS heat treatment it will retain its sharpness for a really long time. You could make the handle a little more comfortable by wrapping 550 paracord around it.

 The Buck 136 Paklite Boning Knife comes with a nylon sheath with belt loop.
