With this **Boska cheese slicer Milano** you can cut fine slices of cheese. It is made to cut fine slices of semi-hard and hard cheese, such as younger Edammer, Emmentaler or Gruyère. However, you can also secretly use it for young and old cheese. This is also thanks to the special non-stick function of the blade. So a real all-rounder, which is also why it received the 'best in test' status a couple of times.

 The Milano cheese slicer from the Boska Pro Collection has a stainless steel blade and a plastic handle. The blade was given the so-called Amitto treatment to make sure it is 'stick resistant'. As such you will never be bothered by slices of cheese that stick to the surface of the blade. Also great: the blade is flexible. As such you are the one to determine the thickness of the slices. After use you can wash the cheese slicer in the dishwasher. But you can also wash it by hand, of course.
