With the 11.8 cm 440A steel blade with razor-sharp edge you can effortlessly cut through your piece of steak. The handle is made from South American olive wood. This is one of the most valuable types of wood in the world. It is also called 'wood of life'. The stunningly shaped wooden handle gives the knife its warm look and feel.
