This **Böker Pure Santoku** is, like the chef’s knife, a real all-rounder. Whether you want to dice, chop or slice fish, vegetables or herbs: with this santoku it will be a piece of cake.


## Böker Pure: stunning design


The glossy oak handle perfectly matches the top-quality CPM-154 steel of the blade. The grains in the oak wood are subtly interrupted by three stainless steel rivets. The blade is made from CPM-154 powdered metallurgic steel from the American manufacturer Crucible Industries. This steel is produced by melting the 154-CM steel and adding additional carbide. Especially the carbides give the steel its hardness and the edge its strength.
